The Way That I Take, a new short that I edited for director Chris Hartwell, has been screening at a number of film festivals across the country. The film tells the story of a burned-out nurse who is trapped by a broken system and the corrosive lies he tells to survive after a simple mistake turns into a fatal error.
Last September, The Way That I Take had its World Premiere at the Dance With Films festival in Los Angeles, CA, taking home a 2nd Place Grand Jury Prize. The film has also received recognition from the Austin Film Festival, Austin Under the Stars Film Festival, Deep in the Heart Film Festival, and the Houston International Film Festival.
